Right now my primary offerings are the packages below. I love working long-term with clients, being their fundraising and nonprofit management expert on standby. With up to 6 hours/month of my time, you can level up (or begin!) your work.

Weekly calls focus on whatever YOU need. I’ve found that my clients have wanted:

  • Check-ins on fundraising action items. Why? Because it’s hard to stay focused on the fundraising plan year-round when there are more immediate demands on your time. I’ll be your accountability buddy.

  • Help strategizing how to approach a donor/funder

  • Support through a challenge with a donor, organizational partner, or staff member

  • Affirmation that they can raise money and effectively manage the organization

  • Support to prioritize, scale back, and lay down work at times

  • Financial management training, e.g. understanding financial statements and doing cash flow projections.

In addition, I have a whole Google Drive of files, plans, and documentation from my many years of work. Why start from scratch when you can take a successful fundraising method or campaign and adapt it to your organization?

    This package is for organizations with budgets of $100,000 or less.

    I love working with smaller organizations! I understand the unique challenge of bringing in your first institutional funder, of being the ED who wears all the hats, and what building the boat while you’re rowing it.

    What you get:

    • Up to 2 additional hours/month of support

    • Access to a collection of curated fundraising/financial management resources

    • First-time Executive Directors

    • Any staff member responsible for fundraising

    • Volunteer Executive Directors or Board Chairs wanting to raise enough money to hire their first staff member

    This package is for organizations with budgets over $100,000.

    I have experience with working with organizations with fundraising budgets up to $2.5 million. Whether you’re a staff of 1 of are working with a whole team, l can support you to power up your fundraising.

    • Up to 2 additional hours/month of support

    • Access to a collection of curated fundraising/financial management resources

    • First time or veteran Executive Directors

    My primary offering is the monthly consulting package. But if you’re interested in talking to me about a project, or less regular consulting, I’m open to discussing it if I have time available.
